Refund Policy

Because mystery boxes and lucky scoops are surprise products, all sales are final unless there is a damage issue, missing item, duplicate charge, or clear packing mistake.

 

We do not offer refunds because a customer does not like a scent, color, product type, or surprise item. The mystery nature of the order is part of the purchase.
