Thank you for shopping at Tillman Equity Shops. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any digital product from our store.
Instant Delivery
All purchases are delivered digitally. Upon completing your order, you will receive an email with a download link to access your product. Downloads are typically available immediately after payment is confirmed. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes.
Personal Use Only
All digital products sold through Tillman Equity Shops are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. When you purchase a digital download, you receive a single-user license. This means:
✔ You may download and use the product for your own personal use
✔ You may print physical copies for your own personal reference
✔ You may store the file on your personal devices
What Is Not Permitted
The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Tillman Equity Shops:
✘ Sharing, forwarding, or distributing the file to others (paid or free)
✘ Reselling or repackaging any digital product
✘ Uploading the file to any website, platform, or file-sharing service
✘ Using any portion of the content to create derivative products for sale
✘ Claiming authorship or ownership of any purchased content

Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of our digital products is a violation of copyright law and will be pursued accordingly.
No Refund Policy on Digital Downloads
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all sales on digital products are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded or a download link has been accessed.
If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at nichols@tillmanequity.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
File Access & Download Limits
Download links may expire after a set period or number of downloads. If your link expires before you are able to access your file, please contact us with your order confirmation and we will reissue your download at no charge.
