Extreme Coupon Scoops ships mystery boxes, lucky scoops, surprise bundles, bath and body products, beauty items, fragrance items, home items, minis, and related retail finds to customers in the United States.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packed, shipped, tracked, and handled if there is a delivery issue.

By placing an order with Extreme Coupon Scoops, you agree to this Shipping Policy.


Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing time includes:

  • Reviewing the order
  • Selecting mystery box or lucky scoop items
  • Packing the order
  • Weighing the package
  • Creating the shipping label
  • Preparing the order for carrier pickup or drop-off

Because our products are mystery boxes and lucky scoops, each order is hand-packed from available inventory. During busy seasons, holidays, promotions, or large order periods, processing may take longer.


Shipping Time

After your order is processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, estimated delivery time is usually:

2 to 7 business days

  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Carrier delays
  • Package volume
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Events outside our control

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Locations

At this time, Extreme Coupon Scoops ships within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping fees, customs charges, import taxes, and delivery times may apply.


Shipping Method

Most orders ship by ground shipping through a carrier such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Shopify Shipping
  • Pirate Ship or other label providers

We choose the shipping method based on package size, weight, destination, product type, and available carrier options.

Some bath, body, fragrance, spray, mist, or aerosol-style products may be required to ship by ground transportation only due to carrier rules. This may affect delivery speed.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Some products may include free shipping, meaning the shipping cost is already built into the product price.

If a product says Free Shipping, the customer does not pay an additional shipping charge at checkout for standard shipping.

Expedited shipping may be offered in the future for an additional charge, but it is not guaranteed to be available on all orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or through the checkout system.

Tracking updates may take 24 to 48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.

A tracking number means the label has been created. It does not always mean the carrier has scanned the package yet.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Extreme Coupon Scoops is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because of:

  • Wrong address
  • Missing apartment, suite, or unit number
  • Incorrect ZIP code
  • Misspelled street name
  • Old address
  • Customer moving after placing an order
  • Carrier delivery issue caused by incorrect information

If you notice an address mistake, email us immediately at:

We will try to correct the address before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order is placed.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.


Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Extreme Coupon Scoops by the carrier due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refused package, or unclaimed package, we will contact you using the email address on the order.

Returned packages may be eligible for reshipment if the customer pays any additional shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are not refundable.

If we cannot reach the customer within a reasonable time, the order may be canceled or handled at our discretion.


Lost Packages

Extreme Coupon Scoops is not responsible for packages lost by the carrier after the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows no movement for several days or appears lost, contact us at:

We may help you review the tracking information, but the customer may also need to file a claim or request assistance directly with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows the package was delivered, the order is considered delivered.


Stolen or Missing After Delivery

Extreme Coupon Scoops is not responsible for packages that are stolen, misplaced, or missing after tracking shows delivery.

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please:

  1. Check around your porch, mailbox, garage, side door, office, or front desk.
  2. Ask household members or neighbors.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier.
  4. File a missing package report with the carrier if needed.

We do not guarantee refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Damaged Packages or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo of the shipping box or mailer
  • Clear photo of the damaged item
  • Clear photo of the packing material
  • Short description of the issue

We will review the claim and may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Partial refund
  • Store credit
  • Other reasonable solution

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours or without photos may be denied.

Please do not throw away the package or damaged items until the issue has been reviewed.


Weather-Related Issues

Extreme Coupon Scoops is not responsible for damage caused by weather after delivery, including:

  • Heat exposure
  • Cold exposure
  • Rain
  • Moisture
  • Packages left outside
  • Mailbox heat
  • Porch exposure

Customers should track their package and bring it inside as soon as possible after delivery.

Some products may be sensitive to heat, cold, or pressure changes. We are not responsible for product changes caused by packages being left outside after delivery.


Mystery Boxes and Packing Differences

Because we sell mystery boxes, lucky scoops, and surprise bundles, packages may vary in:

  • Size
  • Weight
  • Number of items
  • Product mix
  • Packaging style
  • Shipping method
  • Box or mailer type

Sample photos and videos are examples only. Your shipped order may not look exactly like a sample photo, website image, or social media video.


Order Holds and Shipping Delays

We reserve the right to hold or delay shipment if:

  • Payment is flagged or pending
  • Order appears suspicious or high-risk
  • Shipping address needs verification
  • Inventory needs review
  • Customer information is incomplete
  • Weather or carrier disruption affects shipping
  • Product needs special ground-shipping handling

If we need additional information, we may contact you by email.

Failure to respond may delay shipment or result in order cancellation.


Multiple Orders

If you place multiple orders, we may ship them separately or combine them when reasonable.

Combining orders is not guaranteed.

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on the order placed and may not be refunded if multiple orders are combined.


Preorders, Drops, and Special Promotions
