Welcome to Tillman Equity Shops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.tillmanequity.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Overview

Tillman Equity Shops ("we," "us," or "our") operates this online store. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Site.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to display our products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or description errors, and cancel orders arising from such errors, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed.

Product images, sample photos, and social media videos are for illustration only. Because some of our products are mystery boxes, lucky scoops, and surprise bundles, the items you receive may vary in scent, color, product type, size, and packaging, and may not match any sample image. The surprise nature of these products is part of the purchase.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. Payment must be received and verified before an order is processed. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Shipping

Shipping timeframes, charges, carriers, and related terms are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Shipping charges are calculated by order weight and shown at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery, except as described in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Refunds — All Sales Final

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of beauty, fragrance, skincare, hair, and bath & body products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds because a customer does not like a scent, color, product type, or surprise item. The only exceptions are orders that arrive damaged, are missing items, are charged in duplicate, or contain a clear packing or fulfillment mistake on our part, as described in our Refund Policy. Our Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe our intellectual property or that of others, to transmit harmful code, to harass or harm any person, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Site. We may terminate your access for violating these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Tillman Equity Shops or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tillman Equity Shops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tillman Equity Shops and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

Digital Downloads Policy

This Digital Downloads Policy applies to all digital products sold by Tillman Equity Shops ("we," "us," or "our"), including guides, e-books, templates, printables, and other downloadable files (each a "Digital Product"). By purchasing a Digital Product, you agree to this policy.

Delivery

Digital Products are delivered electronically — there is no physical item and nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your download by email and/or through a download link at checkout or in your account.

• Download links are typically delivered immediately or within a short time after purchase.
• Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders if you do not see your email.
• Make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct, as that is where your download will be sent.

If you do not receive your download within a reasonable time, contact us at shops@tillmanequity.com and we will resend it.

All Sales Final — No Refunds on Digital Products

Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales of Digital Products are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on Digital Products.

The only exceptions are:

• You did not receive your download due to a technical issue on our end.
• The file is corrupted, will not open, or the download link does not work.
• You were charged in duplicate for the same Digital Product.

If any of these occur, contact us within 7 days of purchase at shops@tillmanequity.com and we will provide a working file, resend access, or correct the charge.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase a Digital Product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your own personal, non-commercial use only, unless the product listing expressly states otherwise.

You may:

• Download the file to your own devices for personal use.
• Print a copy for your personal use where printing is appropriate.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, rent, or give away the Digital Product or its contents.
• Post, upload, or share the file on any website, file-sharing service, social platform, or group.
• Claim authorship of, or modify and pass off, the Digital Product as your own.
• Use the Digital Product for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

All Digital Products and their contents are the property of Tillman Equity Shops / Tillman Equity LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants a license to use the product as described above; it does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.

Technical Requirements and Access

You are responsible for ensuring you have the device, software, and internet access needed to download and open your Digital Product (for example, a PDF reader). We are not responsible for your inability to access a file due to your own device, software, or connection.

Download links and access may expire after a set period or number of attempts. If your access expires and you need the file again, contact us and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee indefinite access.

No Guarantee of Results

Digital Products such as guides and educational materials are provided for informational purposes only. They do not guarantee any specific income, sales, business, or other results. Any outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and circumstances.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Digital Downloads Policy at any time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Your continued purchase or use of Digital Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
