Refund Policy
Physical Products
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at nichols@tillmanequity.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label.
Personalized & Custom Products
Personalized and custom-made products (Designs by Disha) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with a production error. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order. If your item arrives with a defect or incorrect personalization, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no charge.
Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, eBooks, courses, and digital guides are final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us at nichols@tillmanequity.com and we will resolve it promptly.
Services & Consulting Packages
Consulting service packages and workshop registrations may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled service or session date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled date are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once at no charge. No-shows are non-refundable.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery Scoop Boxes are non-refundable by nature of the product. If your box arrives damaged or with a broken item, contact us within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
