Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Physical products are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of order placement unless otherwise noted on the product page. Personalized products (Designs by Disha) ship within 5–7 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after shipment. Expedited options may be available at checkout.

 

Services & Workshops

Consulting packages and workshop registrations are delivered in person (Houston, TX) or virtually via Zoom. No physical shipment applies. You will receive booking confirmation and Zoom details via email within 1 business day of purchase.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping for physical products. Digital products and virtual services are available worldwide.

 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at nichols@tillmanequity.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
